Membership renewal 
It is time to renew your annual (6/1/2025-5/31/2026) membership, so bring your dues payment of $40 to the annual meeting (and save yourself a stamp).  Checks are payable to PSBI.  If you have questions about membership, contact Alice Waters at 610-469-0926.

Officer elections and committee sign-ups
Please consider joining the PSBI Board, or consider volunteering to help with a committee. Here are descriptions of the 2025-2026 open positions:
Treasurer- maintains bank account, provides quarterly report, drafts yearly budget, interfaces with insurance company;
Newsletter Editor- gathers content by attending PSBI board meetings, contacting members, and finding interesting information to share with fellow botanical artists; produces a quarterly newsletter
Corresponding Secretary- prepares email communications with our MailChimp account
Exhibition Chair- works with local galleries to stage PSBI members shows; writes calls for entries; leads committee to register participants and hang shows.
​Allison Finch and Sharon Gross are the nominating committee. Let us know your willingness to help, preferably before June 1.

Lunch will be potluck as it was last year. Please let Joan Frain (our host) know what you will be bringing.  Salads, sandwiches, fruit or desserts are welcome.  We can also use cups, paper plates, disposable utensils and napkins.

Annual Raffle
It is our custom to raffle off art supplies, plants and gifts at our annual meeting to benefit our sunshine fund.  Ann Marie Williams, who died this past December, requested that her supplies be donated to PSBI members, so we shall be raffling them off.  Her supplies include sketchbooks, some paints and brushes, color pencils, many books, past ASBA journals and a flat file.  New members, if you are in need of supplies, please contact Mary Lynne Jeschke at 267-261-8588 to set up an appointment to pick out what you can use.
